About Your Guide
I've spent over a decade exploring the healing arts β from mindfulness-based stress reduction to somatic bodywork, breathwork, and energy healing. Green Leaf Healing grew from my own journey back to wholeness.
I believe that stillness is not something we find outside ourselves β it's something we remember. My role is simply to help you remember.
Each session, recording, and resource I create is made with the sincere intention of helping you feel a little more at home in yourself.
